Kat Tamara: Had the most wonderful experience yesterday with Marta! She was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. She helped both me and my partner a lot and didn’t make us feel annoying which I often feel when I ask a lot of questions! If you ever need to go to a Sephora in Milan go to this one it was the best experience with customer service I’ve ever gotten!

Laura Zaugg: Staff was not very careful. They packed the wrong pochette together with the bottle of perfume I purchased. So, I will have to go there again to get a matching one. I would expect better service at such a high-end store. ETA : I added one more star for how they handled the switch later on. Matteo was very helpful in explaining how this could have happened. And there it shows again that good communication is everything.
