Valentino Da Pavia: I filled my hands with makeup. A beautiful experience. And I bought a very good quality perfume. Very kind saleswoman, she also wanted to offer me a perfume for 12 euros but I said no, at first I thought it was free. Harriet Aseru: Amazing customer service. i went to the central Milan store of Sephora, They have varieties skin products for all skin colour. The ladies helped me to get a good product for my dark sensitive skin without whitening ingredients.
Justine Fabian: It’s great that there is a Sephora in almost all of the Stations in Major Italian cities! The one in Milan Central Station in particular is quite difficult, because it is only accessible by those who have tickets. However, their staff were really nice and accommodating. Also, for a small space, they have almost all bestselling products.

I will always thank Giulia (Benefits) who welcomed me to Sephora while I was desperately looking for an eyebrow pencil to cover the holes obtained just a few minutes earlier by "a beautician" of a nearby beauty center, also in the shopping center (be careful!). Seeing me in the throes of despair, he fixed my eyebrows (for FREE) as much as possible (he did a half miracle) and with her I started a real path to put them back in order. Sabrina: Good sized Sephora, didn’t have much time to look around only went in for one thing which they had it stock, but overall looks well stocked and nicely presented.
Francesca Pizzi: Like all Sephora, however, I can add IN THE MONZA SHOP that once I forgot my credit card, they went back to my cell, they called me to notify me. I came back to collect it, they first asked me for a document to verify that it was mine, they took it from the safe where it was placed in a sealed security envelope !!! Instead, another time for my written complaint, the owner called me to apologize, explain what had happened and I thanked her for this .... she asked me to pass and they even left me a little gift. Really customer care, good at SEPHORA MONZA
