Sergio Pozzi: Well stocked shop of the most famous brands of various instruments. For acustic guitar Taylor, Martin, Alvarez, Yamaha, Cord and more. The exhibition space is just a fraction of the storehouse availability in place. Due to very high flow of people, the personell is not always fully at your disposal
Ivan Bossi: An amazing place to discover instruments and music for all age...my daughter was excited for her first guitar. Make a survey...you will enjoy
James Austing: You will find everything you might ever need in your musical career. No matter what music, no matter what level. The staff is extremely nice and well prepared on their own section of the shop so thumbs up! Worth coming even just to have a look at all the cool instruments in my opinion. They have cool and vintage guitars and all sorts of interesting music related products
lisa maxon: I love this place and these dudes. My first set up
A. Greenberg: Great shopping experience! If you shop online outside of Italy, shop with confidence. Very fast shipment and seamless handling. The big plus was the customer service: supportive, professional and very kind. I was provided with excellent consultation that really helped me in my purchase. The store was there for me also after the purchase, which was another big plus. Overall, 10 out of 10. Will definitely buy here again.
Deborah: I can only say that this place is INCREDIBLE! (times a million) The customer service is above what I could ever wish for. I needed help with a keyboard and the staff went above and beyond. Even speaking english perfectly and doing everything to help me. I especially want to say that both Alessio and Domenico are amazing at their jobs, SO SO SO patient (I will admit I was a serious pain) and helpful!!! Thank you for having amazing people working here!!!
Carlo M. Bajetta: Really nice place for guitars and keybords, reasonably priced. The members of staff I met today were very helpful and competent.

Manager Nieruchomości: Buying a guitar from a distance is not risky with Gino Guitars :) I bought Martin HD35. Shipped to Poland. Everything was ok. Good fast communication by email. The guitar corresponds to the description and pictures. Good price. I recommend. Professionals.
Davor Mihić: Gino Guitars is one of the best guitar shops I ever met :) Guitar has arrived without any issue - perfect as it is described. Great feedback (especially during the weekend :)), perfect web page with all details (not many guitar shops have a real images of the guitars and weight!) and really complete user friendly experience was perfect! Best recommendations! Davor
Manuel Sánchez: Meanwhile I bought 2 guitars at Gino Guitars and I must say it was great. Great guitars, very good service and fast response to any question. For sure Gino Guitars is on my top 3 guitar shops in Europe.
Reece Lippy: The service is perfect! Communication by phone was excellent. And the Gretsch… I have guitars, but never had a Gretsch… this is it! Thank you Gino Guitars!!! To be continued. Reece.
Jacqueline Simon: I bought a Kurt Cobain Signature Fender Jaguar at Gino Guitars, as it was one of the very few places that had it in stock - and I searched for it online all over Europe. As it was a very special gift for my newly-wedded husband for the day after our wedding, I was a bit on edge when there was a problem with the UPS delivery (a problem on my side - the address was simply too long for the UPS system). Gianluca was the nicest person and assisted me a lot during the buying and delivery process and solved the problem in no time. We will definitely pay him a visit next time we are in Milano. All the best to the Gino Guitars Team - many thanks and greetings from Vienna!
Jari: Gibson sgj Gibson sgj The first impression was that the guitar is very thin and the neck seems to go on indefinitely, but it is also very solid and has no weak points. The guitar is also very simple and has nothing unnecessary, the finish is thin satin, and no binding or trapezoidal inlays, which is cool, this is a pure rock machine. Sound The acoustic sound of the guitar is really great. It’s nice to play guitar without an amplifier. In the electronic sound, the clean sounds were pleasantly surprising, and the dirty sounds were useful but not very special. The guitar is easy to play, even if the neck is not the thinnest. The hardware is also good quality, but the tuning often needs to be adjusted, it’s not a big deal, but annoying. Gino Guitars delivered the guitar quickly, the guitar was clean and well packaged. Regards: Jari H
jeroen van reenen: Really nice experience with Gino Guitars. I was looking for specific Gibson Les Paul tribute HB. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. After I contacted them with WhatsApp it was no problem to change the colour. They helped me after the shop was closed and showed me some pictures of the guitar in the colour I wanted because they were not show on the website yet. Four days later the beautiful guitar arrived at my place in the Netherlands. At first I felt a bit nervous ordering a guitar all the way from Italy. But after my experience with their customer service I can highly recommend this company!

Maurizio Turuani: An environment, I dare say, fairy! It is worth knowing it and attending it for every occasion. For those who love the real Milan it is a place of welcome and kindness. For those who love music, a place of connoisseurs who know how to advise and accompany you in the spirit of music that gives joy.

Congratulations, also for the pleasant atmosphere that I have seen created with customers and patrons (who I think easily become friends)

After having been to Expo guitar in Rome and having tried countless guitars by many Italian luthiers, I can safely say that Lucio is without question among the best in Italy.

It has been brought back to its former glory thanks to Maestro Daniele a work of maniacal precision (cleaned and re-tested) now it has returned to sing as if we were in the magical era, all at a very honest price. And then the free bonus the sympathy, kindness and genuineness of Daniele and Luca who convey passion and competence. Daniela Palazzo: Top!!!!
massimo: Great display of many instruments. Possibility to try it at will with the valuable advice of the employees. Friendly environment and good prices.
Alessandro Parrino: After having shot so many, in my opinion it is the best musical instrument shop in Milan! For a musician, visiting it is like taking a child to a toy store. All the clerks are very kind, helpful and professional and there is a nice atmosphere. Special thanks to Vito, the guitars department clerk, who was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. It was to him that I entrusted a real restoration of a vintage guitar, of great emotional value to me, which is now back as new. From now on it will be my go-to shop for all my music purchases.
Matteo Marchetti: I brought my Jackson guitar for a problem to fix the floyd rose which was perfectly set up. Really kind and professional staff who knew how to advise me and explain some things to me on a technical and mechanical level that I did not know. I have never been before and I can only put 5 stars, gorgeous and huge shop, super fair prices !! certainly the best in Milan and the most comfortable for those north of Milan.
