There was only one man working there but he managed to help my wife and I for 2 hours and we left with a top line comfortable LS2 modular helmet, a very nice ALIKE moto jacket, two new pairs of riding MPMJ pants as well as other accessories. Service was wonderful and recommend Wheelup for any of your motorcycle accessory needs. You just don’t get good service and expertise like this in the US.

Marcus Vinicius S. Santos: Complete tailor made buying experience!!! The owner, Luca, himself attended us, got to know our riding style, inquired about everything he needed to now to offer the best hemelt to us, that one that would made us really happy while riding. He was very very polite and understandable with my tentatives to express myselv in italian. Not only that, we had some issues with my card while paying, and he fully understood it because it was a foreing card. He ketp in touch with me in the following days while I sorted out, and we managed to make the payment online, after that he dispatsched my order directly to my next destination in Italy. The shop is a little small, but there are a lot of bike helmets and clothing, and if you consider the tax exemption, you can buy it much cheaper than in Japan. The next door was a bicycle shop, so there were bicycle wear and gloves. The store clerk was also very kind and helped me with broken English and gestures, and let me take pictures with ease.

Alessandro Luongo: I took my Honda 150 SH scooter to the workshop in via La Spezia for an emergency, because the steering bearings needed to be replaced, and more. Delivered in the morning, picked up the same evening. Exceptional timeliness given the length of the work. I was a little surprised by the cost of the repair, but I had the impression that I was dealing with real professionals in the sector. An unexpected event happened to me after the repair, and the owner, Sergio, lent himself to solve the problem without making me pay a euro, including the dipped beam headlights that had burned out and replaced me for free. He also brought me the scooter in perfect condition at home. I absolutely loved it.
