The agent who followed me was Khatiuscia, kind and helpful in all my requests, she is a woman who knows how to do everything and does it well, and who is very keen on doing a good job. For example, I had requested that some furniture be removed from the apartment and she took care of it herself instead of letting the owners do it, to ensure that this furniture was removed in the desired timing. The owner of the agency, Stefano, followed the contractual procedures together with Khatiuscia and was also very kind and helpful.
