Michael Huang: Excellent place for laundry self service in Milano centrale station area, the brand new wash/dry machines automatically washing and drying the clothes. The management team will be teaching you how to solved the operation step on the phone. Very good !
rapid roller: It was open at 4am, therefore I was happy. Only reasons for subtracting a star are that I wish it had a power outlet to charge my phone while I was there, and one of the dryers (the middle one) kept stopping every 30 seconds so the money I put into it was wasted and I had to put more money in to use the left dryer.
John Masi: Neat little self serve laundry near milan central station. Everything is controlled from a central kiosk in the corner. You pick the washer you want on the screen and pay at the kiosk. The machine takes cash in coins or bills up to 20 euro and will give change. Load up your clothes into the machine, pick the temperature on the machine itself and press start on the machine. All the detergent and softener is dispensed automatically. There are two 11kg and one 18kg washers. Dryers are also controlled from the main kiosk and there are two of those. They even have a smaller washer and dryer for pet bedding. Very reasonable prices. I paid 6 euro for and 11kg wash and 4.50 euro for 36 minutes in the dryer.

Nancy Chen: Good little business. Very helpful and friendly attendant who spoke English and assisted us with operating the machines. We brought our own laundry powder so it only costed us €10.50 for 2 wash runs and 1 dryer run. There are a few chairs for you to sit if you prefer to wait and handle your own laundry from washer to dryer. Or you can just leave everything to the attendant and they will put it in the dryer for you.
Mohammed Alaithan: - Washing and Drying (7 euros) - Washing (~ 30-45mins), depends on the cycle - Drying is for 20mins - There is a guy to assist and also provide soap if you dont have - There are instructions in english also - I saw some people leaving their clothes and the guy would wash them and then put them in the dryer just incase you do want to wait or you need to go and come back. I walked for 25mins from Duomo Milan, but you can also take train which is 10mins away to the station (P.ta Venezia) close to the laundry shop, However it was worth the price, hotel prices are unreal.

Luis: Great place to do your laundry. Typically 40 minutes washing and 32 minutes+ drying. The coin machine does not give change so plan accordingly. You can start your laundry and go to the next shop to get a coffee or gelato whole you wait.
Pat Annunziata: The machines are of commercial grade and the facility is very clean. The cost is very reasonable considering what the hotels charge for a load of laundry. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his business and made every effort to provide a clean and comfortable self service laundry.

praise wong: Second time back here as it was close to my hotel. Pretty easy to use, for the smaller washing machine it’s €6 per load for 35 mins. Detergent automatically included in the wash. For the dryer it’s €2 for 15 mins. I did mode 1 for the dryer at 80•C for 30 mins but the clothes still came out damp. Usually 30 mins at highest heat does the trick but not this dryer. Note that you have to exchange for tokens, €2 for a token and no change given so bring exact amount or you’ll end up with extra tokens. Like you put in €10 you get 5 tokens automatically. Appreciate that there were seats provided for waiting. Also place didn’t feel too clean. It could do with a bit of dusting and deep cleaning away the layers of spider webs.

Michael Bowie: Easy to use and it works ! Customer service is very efficient. I accidentally put a token inside the washer rather than the dryer. I messaged ( in English ) the support number and a girl came by within 15 mins to help me out.
A Schnitzius: Very small, 3 washers and 3 dryers. Coins are €2 each, wash/dry is about €10 total. Detergent etc included. Person there (not sure if owner or attendant, sorry!!) helped us nicely with good English and let us stay late if we needed to to get our clothes clean. 10/10!!

M Lim: Small laundromat with 2No. 11kg and 1No. 18kg washer and 2No. Dryer. You will need to change € notes/coins for the tokens. Each token is €0.50. No change is given so bring along snall notes and coins. A 11kg wash costs €4.50 whereas the 18kg costs €6.50. The dryer is €0.50 per 6 minutes. You will need about 20 to 30 minutes for a full load. Washing liquid is a available for sale at €0.50 per sachet. Instructions are in Italian.

MARI gianati: I found this place by chance because it was the only one open until very late. The owner is incredible! The place is clean, orderly and well stocked. The machines left my clothes smelling super clean and with very little money I was able to clean everything. Super safe also for a solo woman doing laundry in Milano. He also waited for me to finish (who does that, really). Self service cleaning supplies and even drinks and snacks. Wonderful! 🤩

louise hart: I was recently travelling in Milan from Australia. As i do not speak or read any Italian doing basic things like Laundry can be stressful. I had a issue with change i called number on wall and Owner/Manager arrived within minutes to assist i went for a short walk and was followed by a man and felt uncomfortable so returned to Laundry and Owner/Manager stayed at and around premises until i was finished and also called a Taxi and made sure i was safe. plui plui: It worths walking 30 minutes to get to the laundry. The owner was very nice to assist me to operate the machines. The clothes were clean with an excellent aroma as the softener is free in this laundry!

On the day of the republic day, with 10 euros I made 8 kg of washing machine and dryer (I had much less with me, but this is the minimum price). Very clean and safe. With the card you will pay less, but it is not essential. Very much appreciated. All done in 40 minutes

Y K: Used to wash clothes for a week during a business trip. It was a beautiful and easy-to-use coin laundry. There is no need to add detergent, and 8 kg of laundry was completed in 30 minutes of washing and 30 minutes of drying. Usage is also written in English. 1) Putting laundry into the washing machine & locking the lid 2) Pay with the touch panel (this is Italian) 3) Setting the water temperature on the washing machine 4) Press the start button on the washing machine I think that the point that the washing machine can be used with peace of mind is that it separates for pets and normal clothes. However, there were only 3 washing machines and it was very crowded. Also, because the washing machine is large and the detergent is included, it is over-spec for travelers and you may feel that the price is a little higher.

Peter Loh: This laundromat no longer has the attached cafe, which has been replaced by vending machines. The payment machine also failed to dispense a “FIDATY CARD” and swallowed my €10. Luckily a friendly local helped out and called the owner on my behalf (since I don’t speak Italian) who came by 15min later to solve my issue. So, the service was actually very good but it’s a little disappointing there’s no cafe anymore.
André Wichmann: Very clean shop and clean machines. Washing liquid is included in the price (5 euro for 8 kg of laundry). Very helpful telephone service, even when I called him on a Sunday early morning. Just one thing which was intuitive to understand: For the driers, one must iteratively insert 2 euro into the cash machine and select the machine.
Alessio Ganci: The place is cool and it started from a very nice idea; that of having a bar where to have a break while doing the laundry. It is basically a bar with an automatic laundry inside. We had a fruit extract with some fruits and it was very good. Not only: staff was very friendly and even managed to care everything was ok. Highly recommended both for the kindness of staff and quality of food.

It also has machines dedicated to washing and drying clothes and accessories for animals. Prices are moderate and the equipment is new and easy to use. To pay there is an automatic machine that accepts coins and banknotes, but there is also the possibility of buying a rechargeable card that also guarantees a little discount on standard prices. Chris S: Easy once you know what to do. No need for laundry soap. Totally self-serve, cash only, 20 Euro or less (at least there are ATMs nearby, and in my case helpful locals). Trick is: put laundry in one of the numbered machines, select wash, got to kiosk to put in money and number of washer (or dryer), then you’re set. Helpfully the money kiosk allows English, Spanish, and other languages. Also, no bathroom.
