There were 2 details that immediately influenced our choice: the first phone call with Giuseppe Perone, which lasted about 1 hour, in which it immediately appeared to me that I was speaking with a responsible, knowledgeable but above all not arrogant professional. The second determining factor was receiving a detailed estimate from IMMEDIATELY (each single activity discussed with the relative cost). In the estimates received from its competitors (about 6) some items/activities were always absent and when we asked for details (based on the estimate of the Perone Building Group) they were included going to impact the final price. We bought a house that has been renovated from A to Z (demolition of internal walls, construction of walls with change of layout, electrical system, plumbing system, air conditioning system, heating system, flooring, bathroom cladding, door, windows, etc.) and for the complexity required we could not rely on a company other than the Perone Building Group. During all the works (also suspended due to Covid-19) Giuseppe Perone was always available and attentive to any detail. We visited the building site every evening (during the works) and found it always tidy and in excellent condition. Even the relationship that the teams have created with their neighbors has not caused "condominium disputes". Finally, we wanted to underline that the estimate of the Perone Building Group was immediately higher than its competitors (which often did not include work) but during and at the end of the work (in line with the contract) no extra expenses emerged. Be wary of anyone who presents you with a full-scale estimate because they will most likely submit you extra expenses during the renovation. If you need to renovate your home, we advise you to rely on the Perone Building Group to get the best result.
