The team around Alberto proved to be very helpful and responsive. I got every information I needed and finally met Alberto and his team personally in Milano. The watch has been completely serviced by the manufacturer a few weeks ago and looked like new. Also the purchase prize was fair and significant lower than offered by their competitors (with the same or worse quality). I am very happy with my decision and would do it again.
