Douglas Wertz: I visited Milano Cycle Shop to find their selection of Assos clothing and I was not disappointed. The selection was well rounded complemented by other high quality brands. The service was complete, knowledgeable and friendly. They spent over an hour with me with no pressure to hurry along. Even received a couple complementary items upon checkout. Highly recommended! From the looks of the mechanics area, I would judge that their mechanical service is excellent as well.
Pete Butler: I had a fabulous experience with Milano Cycling when I traveled from the U.S. for a race. Upon arrival, I realized the front brake on my Madone was damaged during transport. I was troubled, because I knew I needed a complete replacement. I went to the shop, speaking English, struggling badly with communications. The team (Fabio and Robbie) was patient, kind and helpful. I felt like a priority, and was treated like family, even though I was babbling like a confused American. They had all the parts on site, and sent me a message when the work was completed. I also bought a shop jerseys I can tell my friends in America about my new friends in Milan, Italy. Thank you for making my trip to Italy a wonderful experience.

Paolo Amodeo: I discovered Ciclicoss while I was looking for a solution for my over saddle. Among the partners suggested by SMP saddles, they are the only ones in Milan to have the saddles on trial available and to offer a 360-degree service for its choice, measurement, installation, etc. I went to them and explained my problem, they did their utmost with patience and competence. They took my measurements and selected the model that could be suitable for me. They mounted it and put me in the saddle by adjusting the position of the saddle and mine, effectively solving the problems I was complaining about. I can only be happy with the work of Massimo and Claudio. Trust this shop, you will not regret it.

It cost me only 45€ and people there were very kind and helpful (they change the pedal, adapt the bike size, advise about interesting roads and provide free helmet). I highly recommend this shop.

I took it in September and since then I do 300 km a week (2019) the bike is raining or not raining every morning you go .. .or made only adjustments ... and changed puncture-proof tires ... also used it on Sundays for two outings ... long ... Lainate ..morimondo ... and lainate varese ... both on white roads ... that normal roads respond well ..... long live the Made in Italy ..and not the Cinesate ......

The entrance to the workshop is very inspiring, with vintage magazines, paintings of great runners, tools, easels and Campagnolo pieces. A place that puts you at peace with yourself where time stops. When you consider the work behind the construction of a frame, the prices are extremely adequate.
